Mackenzie Hurst, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in dermatology. With 10 years of experience in the medical field, she is passionate about providing compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based care to patients of all ages.

Mackenzie earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of West Florida and has dedicated her career as a nurse practitioner to dermatology. She has experience diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions and performing dermatologic procedures. She values patient education and strives to ensure every patient feels heard, comfortable, and confident in their care.

Mackenzie and her family recently relocated to North Carolina and are excited to call it home. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, connecting with family and friends, and being involved in her church community.

She is excited to join the Pinehurst Dermatology team and looks forward to caring for patients throughout Pinehurst and the surrounding communities.
