Dr. Kevin Shi, MD, PhD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Duke University with a degree in biology, where he was mentored by Dr. Paul Modrich, Nobel Prize winner in Chemistry and contributed to discoveries in how our bodies defend against cancer causing mutations.

He continued his training with dual doctoral degrees in medicine and biochemistry at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX. Pursuing his passion for the management of high-complexity patients with evidence-based medicine, he completed an internship in internal medicine, residency in dermatology, and Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology Fellowship at UT Southwestern.
